Here is a book cover that I have started. It is for the Celtic RR that I am in . It is for the Crazy Quilting International group. I have done the "binding" as my part. I am hoping to make this as a book cover for my Hubby as he is Celtic and I think this will be wonderful for him. I have ask for no beads and to think in "manly" colors. I am sure it will be wonderful when I get it back.

Here is Violet's Red block in the CrazyQuilting for Newbies group. My camera doesn't like the color Red for some reason. I was not able to get good pictures but I worked on the top patch with the crochet flowers. Under the crochet flowers there is button hole seam treatment with little lazy daisy flowers. also in the center block I made a "folk Art" type group of flowers for Violet. also I put the red braid on a seam with tiny red seed beads. I hope Violet likes what I have done to her red block. Now it is on its way to Kathleen in England.

Wow this project is a book cover that a lady here wanted me to make for her. She wanted the base colors to be Bright Pink and Bright Orange!! Those colors together is very hard for me but I do like how the cover turned out. This is the back. The flower in the left corner I beaded with green beads on the leaves and pink and orange beads on the flower part.

the Letters are CTR. That stands for Choose The Right.

The top right corner has a orange Tatted Butterfly. In the bottom Right corner is a Spider web. In Victorian Days the spider and spider web is symbols for good luck. The
spider is two lazy daisy stitches with tiny legs.

And here is the book cover layed out flat so all the details can be seen. In the center is three hearts that are intertwined. The lace on the top pink patch and the flowe lace with the beads I hand dyed.

February finished, March started and Reds

Hi all.
I know I am wayy behind in posting. Here is the February block all finished for my big project. The special things on this block are. The red and white trim on the red patch. That trim came from Norway. If I remember right ( and please forgive if I am not right) Ati gave that to me.
The Blue patch says Patience and the Pink block says "Love Suffereth long." Patience is one of the fruits of the Spirit of God and of course "Love suffereth long is part of 1st Cor. chapter 13. On the rest of the block will be the rest of the true meaning of Love.

Here is the start of the March block. So far it is still a Nekkid block . On the cream patch it says "Love Envieth not" and on a patch that I don't have appliqued on yet it will say " Love rejoiceth in the truth". I am not sure what verse I will put in the middle yet but I am sure it will come to me when I am ready to work on that patch.

Here is My Red block for the Red color study for the CQforNewbies group. There are a couple of trims on there that are not showing up. There is a red braid on the seam above the crochet rose. The rose is really a terra-Cotta red and not pink as it looks in the picture. Also in the bottom left corner there is a spider web complete with a spider. This block now will be mailed off to Kathleen in England for her to work on next.

February block almost done

Well here is February block. I only have the green patch at the top to finish after I finish sewing on the red and white across the red patch. That red and white trim is from Ati in Norway. My Great-Great-Great grandfather was from Norway so I love it. The shell is my 1st attempt at painting motifs. I don't think it turned out too bad. I have to get busy and make March's "nekkid" block. I am going to try and do that this weekend. Rebecca

February Block

Ok I tried to post and the computer ate it I think so here I go again. I have not posted for a long time but here is the 2nd block of my large crazy quilt. Of Course the month is February. The center says." Heaven and Earth shall pass away, but MY words shall not pass away. I have almost all the seams finished. After I finish them I will be starting on the patches. I am thinking that a few of the patches I will not "fancy up" cause I love the fabric. One is the yellow oriental patch above the orange patch. Another is the one that has the "ferns". Also the purple patch at the top of the block.

This the final on the January block. At the top I finished with a counted cross stitch Humming Bird over a Flower. I worked the design over waste canvas then took the threads out of the waste canvas. I love the design but it took a long time to work up. I might do more cross stitch on some of the other blocks we will see.

This is Kathy Shaw's block from the Royal Blue group of the Crazy Quilting for Newbies. This is the final stop befor the block goes home to Kathy. I worked the gathered ribbon with the buttons, the paisley, the knoted seam treatments at the bottom with the daisy type flower. I also worked a seamtreatment below the lace but it doesn't show up too good. I hope Kathy likes what I did to her block.

More on my January block

Here is the photo that I put on my huge project . The picture is of our oldest son. He is in the airforce. So of course I added the little plane .

Here is the little rose I added with some yellow and blue beads. You can see several of the seam treatments on this shot. The blue under the tan patch is a new knot stitch I have learned todo. Next time I will work it in ribbon so the detail will show up good.

In this picture I am showing off several things. The rose patch has thin gold thread worked over parts of the flowers.

The very handsome man in the picture is my sweet Hubby. He is now home from his deployment in
Afghanistan. The pin at the bottom of his picture says "Operation Enduring Freedom"

On both pictures I wanted them to stand out a bit so I added just a bit of fluff under the pictures so they "puff" up just a tiny bit. This last shot shows the entire block as a whole. I only have 7 patches and I will be finished. I have the next "nekkid" block almost ready to go.

Here is Randi's block in the Blue's RR. I worked the blue paisley in the center. The center of the paisley is filled with blue ribbon roses. I also made the blue "flowering" button vine bush on the side.

The blue square design seam treatment is also part of my work with the ribbon seam treatment on the bottom.

I hope she likes it.

Cris's blue and January

Well here is what I have done soo far on my large project. I have thought that I will make it in 12 blocks.I will try and post what I am doing on it. The ribbon by the teal green patch says " Operation Iraqi Freedom" and it is really a Key fob!!!! I picked it because my hubby (Army) served 12 months in Iraq and my Oldest son ( Airforce) had a short tour there as well.
I thought that I would, on each block put something special.
Several of my crazy Quilting friends outside of the US has sent me wonderful wonderful goodies from their different countries.
The center Blue patch says " January, I will bless the LORD at all times, HIS praise shall continually be in my mouth. Psalm 34:1".
On the Center of each block I will pick a favorite verse from the King James Version of the Bible.
I am also trying to make it so that all the seams have DIFFERENT seam treatments. That will be a challange! Now there might be repeats in the total quilt but I am trying to make it so that no seam treatment is used twice on the same block.
As you can see I have a HUGE way to go but I think this will be neat to use as a teaching tool for my "someday" grandchildren or even to take to the guild and show off. Right now I am the only one who crazy quilts. The rest are "sane' quilters, I also do "sane" quilting but I love love the no rules of crazy quilting.

This is Cris's blue block from the Royal Blue group of the Blue RR in CQ for Newbies group I am in. I hope she likes it. I made the paisley . It was an experiment ,but I like the way it turned out. I really really hope she does not mind me experimenting on her block. Above the paisley I worked a wheel design with beads in the center. I am sorry it doesn't show up in the picture. I also did the seam treatment below the blue velvet. The beads are really blue sequins with light blue seed beads on top. The spider rose I made with 2 different blue ribbons so it is a bi- colored blue rose.

On a different subject. I have Wonderful, Wonderful news. My Hubby is coming home from his deployment!!!!! He has been stationed in Afghanistan for the past 15 months. We only have a tad over one month then he will be comming home! I am getting soo excited.

A finish, A new and A blue

Here is a new project. It will be taking me quite a while I am sure to make it. I am wanting a twin size crazy quilt so this is the 1st block. I am not sure why I want one that big but I do. I think it will make a nice wall covering and a nice conversation piece.

Here is my Blue block for the Royal Blue Group in Crazy Quilting for Newbies group. That is one Huge RR. I am the hostess and there are 36.. yes I said 36 ladies in 6 groups. So far it is running very well I am proud to say. My block has a blue bow and a Blue Beaded seam treatment that didn't show up in the picture.

Here is my latest finish. It is a twin size and the 1st one that I did on my short arm quilting machine. Shirlene ( a friend of mine here in TX) gave the top to me cause she said it had tooo much purple. I am one that says you cannot have too much purple sooo I am feeling like I am the lucky one.

Here is the Sunbonnet Sue that is going to Sandy in the QATW group. The theme was April Showers so of course I had to make her with an umprella to keep her dry . I like the way it turned out.

Here is a detail show of a fan that I made on a block ( more details on that below) I also made the red and yellow seam treatment. It is supposed to look like yellow ornaments on a red ribbon.. I like the way it turned out.

Since this block is going to Japan I had to make this little Oriental lady to go on the block. and behind her is the red wheel seam treatment with a Red " curtain" behind her. I think she is cuuuute.

And here is a picture of the final block that is on its way to Hideko in Japan. ( Crazy Quilting International Novice group). It is in the Fab. 1st timers #4 RR. As well as the fan and seam treatment on the top patch and the oriental lady and wheel seam treatment on the bottom block ,I also attached the few things on the striped block. You cannot have Christmas with out lights so I added the 2 Christmas lights and the 2 Gingerbread people. I hope Hideko loves the block. The full block is a true beauty to see

More yellows and Vera's block

Here is Vera Ellen's block for the CQNovice Group. I was the 1st one to work on her block. That is always a challenge for me. I Did a celtic knot on one seam,the punchwork flowerbasket,the wheelseam treatment. I also made the V and the E for her Name. I hope she likes.

This is Pat's block in the Yellow swap in the Newbies group. I worked a celtic heart in the bottom corner. I also added the yellow crochet pieces. I also added the cast-on seam treatment right above the scallops with the large gold beads.

New Toy and latest finish

Check out my new toy. It is a short Arm quilting machine. It is a "new to me" gently used machine and I am thrilled to be the next owner of it. I am still learning to use it but already love it. While I am learning all the things about the machine our dogs are getting spoiled. I am practicing on new doggy blankets "quilts" for them. We have three dogs soo lots of practice.

Here is the next Sue to go to Veronica in QATW quilt group. She is straight. I just had the block laying down funny. She is for March .

Here is my latest finish in Crazy quilting. She is a little picture. Only about 10 inches square but I like her . She is now hanging above my window in my sewing room.

And This is my latest finish in Regular quilting. I had the quilting all finished on this before I got my new quilting machine. This was a real work to do on the sewing machine. Yep I did this on just a regular sewing machine!! And the size.... Well it is Huge!! I made it so that the quilt hangs down almost to the floor on my bed.

The Bed is a Queen so I guess that makes this about a King size quilt. Here is a closeup of the quilting of the plain blocks. There is also cables going up the sides... three rows on each side. I was happy when this was done and my sewing machine was in need of a rest!!

This is the Febuary Sunbonnet Sue block I made for my QATW Group. It is going to Veronica. I hope she like her Lovers.

This crazy quilting block is for the international newbies group. It is Suzanne's block and is just beautiful

I added the pale pink Cameo, the bit of pink lace, the rose dragonfly, and the beads on the darker lace. Also it doesn't show up in the picture but I added Bullions to the centers of the 4 large roses.

This is Dalette's block of the Yellows for the Crazy Quilting for Newbies group on yahoo. I was the 2nd person to work on the block. It has 2 more people to go before it goes home to Dalette. I made her a flock of butterflies in the bottom corner patch. Above that I made a couple of button flowers. I also made the lace and button butterfly. There are 2 seam treatments that I worked on. One is under the button flowers and the other one is the one that had the gold dragon fly across it.

This next block belongs to Angela in the yellows swap. It is going home to her.

I was the last person to work on it. I made her some button flowers. and then filled the gold patch ( below the shiney one) with yellow french knots. I also did the feather/bead seam on the left and the half wheel button hole stitch at the bottom ( it doesn'd show up good in the picture.)

This block is Tami's block. It will be going to Hideko in Japan. It is from the Crazy Quilting International group. I was the 2nd person that worked on this block. I made a climbing rose bush in the bright pink patch. There is a beaded Rose ( looks white in the picture) in the bottom left corner. Above the rose I made a woven ribbon seam treatment. Above that on the teal patch I put a bit of white lace. I beaded some of that with pink beads. Another seam treatment that is not showing up good is a fan one that has pink beads in the centers.

Hi all.
Here is January Sue for Sandy. She is in one of my groups " Quilting Around the World." I just think Sunbonnet Sue's are tooo cute. This one I made is Ice skating, She has a warm yellow scarf to help her keep warm on her frozen Pond. Down the side I put the month of January. This swap will be going on month by month soo I hope to be able to show lots of blocks. As soon as I recieve January. (I got word it was in the mail) I will post a picture of the two that I will have recieved.

greens and yellows

Hi all
Here is the yellow rose bush that I made on the side of Thelma's block in my crazy quilting international group. I also did the orange and green seam treatement on her block as well. On the bottom corner I did a ribbon rose in yellow to go with the yellow rose bush. I also made a blanket stitch seam treatment with some french knots on the tops of some of the posts .

This is a not soo good picture of Diane's block in my newbie's group. We are doing a study all in yellows. The picture is not good but I made a little set of flowers in gold thread and with yellow buttons. I also did the top corner all in shiny gold thread. I hope she likes what I did.

This next block is Lynn's block in the newbies goup. Again a study in Yellows. I made the yellow motif. I also did a couple of seam treatments and beaded them.

Also I had a beautiful gold butterfly that I had and it looked soo cute on the corner with the motif soo I thought I would add it.

Guess what... Hubby is coming home next month for a few days!!!!!! I am soo excited.

Yellow RR Blocks

This block belongs to Kathleen in the UK. She did the wonderful flowers on the right side. I thought and thought put the lace on the left side on the gold block.

Then on Kathleen's block I made her huge K and then put 3 ribbon roses on the side of the K.. I hope she likes it .

This next block belongs to Chris in Billings MT. She had the cute bow in the center. I added the vine/flowers on the right side. Also the gold rickrack.
Then in one corner I added a ribbon rose with a few ribbon rose buds. Cris... I hope you like what I have done. OOoh I also added the beaded seam treatment above the ribbon rose.

Now for this . This is a crochet block collection that I had from a swap that I did a long time ago. I attatched the blocks with white and then connected them with dark blue. It turned out bigger then I thought. I am thinking of maybe giving it to one of my Kids for Christmas... Maybe. On my Ribbon basket that I showed on a earlier post. Well it was not what the judges wanted... BUT I got a Honorable Mention for another Crazy Piece that I had put in. I was happy to get it. It was a shock but I thought it was great.

Yellow on yellow

In one of my Groups I am in a Color Study RR. These 2 blocks are mine that are headed out. This 1st one is for the "sweet Corn" Group. I did the center on my Little Embroidery machine . I added some Gold and yellow buttons and a Bit of yellow lace. It now is headed to Angela in Danville NH. I wonder what she will add.
The block is for the "Yellow Apples" group. I again did the Butterfly on my Embroidery machine. It looks like silver thread that I have added to a seam but it is really a shiny Gold. Those beads with the faces, I have had those for a long time and just had to put them on this piece. This is now headed to Peggy in Oxford FL. It will be really interesting to see how these blocks will turn out.

Wild Flower basket

Hi all

Well I have never put any of my quilts, either "sane" or crazy quilting in a quilt show but I am going to put this piece I made in the show we are having here in Sept.

The theme is " wildflowers". Not the wildflowers that grow but flowers made out of "wild" things. So I tye-Dyed the background a rosy pink. The basket is a Civil war brown that is printed with small flowers. It doesn't show in the picture but on each of the tiny flowers in the basket and handle I have sewn tiny brown seed beads. The flowers are made of Fabric, ribbon, Lace, thread, yarn,YoYo's, Leather ( yes I said Leather), Netting,Beads, dangles, Wood beads, Buttons, Silk Leaves, and Feathers. I hope the Judges like what I have done with their theme.

Been a long time

Here is the purple passion block I worked on last. I did the upper left corner. Again I cannot seem to get pictures to come out good. There are about 6 ribbon butterflies on the bottom half of the square and on the top are some roses. I added a rickrack treatment to finish it off. I think it turned out good

Now for this next block. The Theme
is Summer. And I was to do half the block. ok that was interesting to do. On the top which doesn't show up I did a bullion wrap inch worm!!! then on the Center gold square I crochet a tiny swimming suit. Next on the botton blue and white patch I crochet a bare foot to go with the swimming suit. Then on the pale yellow patch I sewed lots of different colored sead beads so you would have a beach to
walk on... well a pebble beach that is.

And I then toook a deep breathe and tried making a all beaded butterfly. This was only the 2nd time I have tried to do anything all in beads and I love the way it turned out. This is something I will be trying out again at a different time.

Here is Jane's block from Purple Passion. I made a purple flowering plant on the left side of the picture and then I sewed the beads. Next I made a row of chained hearts and inside 3 of the hearts I have purple dragonflies. Jane I hope you like what Idid to your block...

A Ufo finished!!!

Here is my kitty quilt. It is " sane" quilting I know but it is a finished quilt. This makes quilt #3 finished for this year. It reaches from edge to edge on a queen bed. And looking in the left overs I found that I had enough for an other quilt. So another kitty quilt is in the proccess of being done. I have no idea of what size the next one will turn out to be.

This is a crazy quilt block I am working on for a wall hanging. I still have a lot to do but thought that I would post it on here. you can see the work " in progress" in the bottom corner. And I have to get "leaves" on those flowers!! Other wise not sure yet what all I will do.

New Work on Bom's

Here it is... My High hopes Block came home. I just love it. I am not sure when I am going to get it finished but it is for my Hubby one of these days. He can always make me smile when he sings that silly song.

This next block is my attempt at beading again. I am soooo out of my
League with tis but I tried. This time the block belongs to Simona. I made
the blue star flowers. Then I tried to make a orange fan. The tails are dangly. I also around the edges of the block made a beaded edging. ( I know it doesn't show up in the picture). I then added the little orange butterfly.

The next block is Sharon's block. I made the two butterflies. That is a new way for me to make them but I
like it and hope Sharon does too. I added the butterfly charms and the seam treatment doesn't show up good but in the center of the little boxes there are little flowers.

The next block is Jane's from Purple Passion. I did the block with the four flowers. In the center is a set of beads and there are beads in the centers of
the flowers.
Also there is a fan seam treatment with beads and flower petal chain stitch with .... of course purple beads.

Now for a tiny bit on my life. The days are long and hard with out hubby but we are making it thru. My "sane" quilting , crazy quilting and just regular sewing along with knitting, and crocheting help to keep my mind busy. I wish my health would be a little better cause my energy is down but will I hope improve. Heard from Hubby and he is doing good. OOOOH and since I am now home schooling our son, He is making A's and B's for the 1st time since Elem. School!!!! And he is now a freshman. Man alive .. I am wishing I would have done this with my other kids. OOOOh well we live and learn.

Well here is the last step of Linda's Song Block. I really hope she likes What I did. My part was the three red roses at the bottom of her "Song" and the White lace. The White lace reminded me of Angel wings and it fit sooo that is what I put on. In the Red patch ( in doesn't show up in the picture) I also put a ribbon spider web rose with a celtic cross charm. I thought it fit with her theme really well The Block is soo pretty. Linday I hope you like. Now I am dreaming of what my block will look like when it comes home!!

This block is JK's for Green Garden. I did two seam treatments that are not showing up in the picture. I did them with fine Green thread and the picture is just not picking them up. For my "patch" I appliqued you a light green "basket" and then of course I had to fill the basket with green yarn balls. OOOh and coming out of one of the green balls is some green thread and a green needle and of course. Tiny green scissors!!!

Now for an apology. I have been soo busy lately ( for about 2 weeks) that I could not even hardly breathe. I am sorry about not blogging or posting much. Some times being mom and dad and go for this and do that while the deployment get a bit much I think but God is still in Charge and is Wonderful and gives me strength for every day

Well Here is the new outfit I made for my self. I really like it. The top comes down to med-calf just like a dress and then the pants have narrow ankles. The trim is a dark purple with gold threads. The top has side slits that goes up to midthigh and trimmed in the braid. I think it looks much better then in the pic.

The Puple block is Debbie's from Purple PassionRR I am in. I has soo much fun and Had to stop before I did most of the Block!!!! I worked on this while I was waiting for my Son to come out of his Martial Arts Class. Debbie.. I hope you like what I did. The roses are a light lavender.

1st I have to say a big I'm sorry. I ment to take pictures of the Favorite song RR... I really did but I didn't remember to untill the block was in the mail already.. oooops not a good idea for sure.

This is what I did on the Green Peas block. The lace I dyed with lime Koolaid. I love the way it turned out. The fabric was full of lovely leaves so I went around one of the larger leafs in green beads and went around the other large one in outline stitch. I then added several "leafy" plant things and added 4 green leaf charms that I have had for a while. I think the corner turned out cute.

These next 2 pictures are of the CQfor Novices RR on the CQINternational group.
It is Kerry's block.
I at first went around the cute siggy with some buttonhole stitches. I think it made a nice frame . I also made the flower on the blue patch. The flower is of bullions and then of course green stems and leaves. The black flower was already on there in a sheer material. I think the 2 flowers look good together. I just have to figure out what is the best light to take these pics in.. Bear with me.. I will figure it out one of these days.

On this last picture I did a buttonhole fan seam treatment with little white beads. Also I just had to add the Dragon Fly. I beaded his body.
I think I got too close with this picture and that is why it is fuzzy.
Next I am working on a Purple Passion block. so more practice in taking pics soon.

A bit more work and more ATC

Well cause Kerry ( Crazy Quilting International) said I could do a bit more I tried to make a Flower basket. It was a challenge for me and looks kind of wonky but I think it is cute. I even "wrote" the word Flower in Beads above it. The words were easier then the basket for me!!! I then added the bit of lace with Purple and Ruby Beads.. I am now finished and this will be in the mail soon.. I hope Kerry likes my 1st attempt at a Beading RR!

Here is my last 3 ATC for the ATC swap ( CQ for Newbies). I thought that the sock monkey's are tooo cute.

The one that I am having a hard time letting go is the Butterfly. I love the way it turned out.

Heard from Hubby.(Remember Hubby is deployed) He is safe. Man I miss him but God is still in Control. I am very appriciative of the fact that I have even some contact. I am not sure how the families of the Vietnam made it. I am sure it was only with lots and lots of Prayer.

Here is my "Here Kitty Kitty" Wall hanging. It is made from the 2 blocks I had in the Kitty RR. I just love it. The funny thing is .. I am more of a Dog lover then a Kitty lover but this is too cute. Thanks to all of you that worked on it.

Here is 6 of the ATC's that I am done with. They are for a swap in CQ for Newbies. I have a bit more time so I am going to try and make a few more. Working in small size is a real challenge for me. These all measure just 2.5 x3.5 .

Now I have to work more on the RR blocks I have. I have started one more spot on the BeadedRR block I have. And I have a Your Favorite Song block to work on. So back to work.

Beaded work.

Here is Kerry's block from the Crazy quilting International Group I am in. The RR is a Beaded one. A new challange for me. I did two spots.

Here is one spot. I should have zoomed in a bit more . I am just figuring out how to do stuff like that.

The flower is all beaded...Green beads for the leaves. And Pink for the flower

and the Bud. The Seam treatment is

Rick Rack with Green beads crossing the "Hills". On th next spot I worked flowers in beads. The thing in the middle is another flower all worked in beads.

Ok so my pictures are not the best. But I don't think the beaded part is too bad for my 1st time in a beaded RR. I know by the end of it I will have gotten lots of more ideas and be able to to more. ( Maybe even take better pictures!). I just recieved Lesa's block from Your favorite song Swap and I already know what I am going to do on it soooo soon I can try again with the pictures.

No pics for today but I have started the beaded RR. I have one corner done. I am thinking of doing one more patch we will see. Today was kinda a sad day for me. DH is now Deployed. He will be gone for over a year . I know that God is with him and Hubby is right where God wants him but I miss him so. Soo in thought... God is always with both of us and will keep both of us right in His Will.

I finally finished this quilt. It has been a safety pined-based quilt for about 3 years. ugh ugh. It was a round robin from one of my groups and it has taken me forever to quilt it!!! Finally done.

I think it turned out good. It is queen size .. well rather a large queen almost a king.

Yesterday I made this cute little outfit. It is really cute on one of my friends little daughters. I am thinking of asking her to model it for my store. Here is a preview look at it.

The top has a great little scarf that tuckes in loops on the shoulders.

Well I slept in late today. That really messes up what I wanted to do but with the meds that happenes sometimes.

I went to quilt guild tonight to show the group what their Feb BOM was. It is a real fun basket. And you make 2 at the same time. The basket block looks like this.And then you make the handle block that looks like this.

And then you can put them together and you will get 2 blocks that look like this. I am also showing one that has some applique.

I have one RR in Crazy Quilting that I am trying to make up my mind what I am going to do. It needs to be beaded soo am not sure. Maybe I will start it tomarrow.

Well no pic for today. Yesterday we went to the Alamo in
SanAntonio. I love the History and the place. I got a lot of pics but now I have to download them. We went to the wax muesum too. My legs were killing me when we left. ( I forgot and left my meds at home.... bad Idea!)

Today I put 13 more items in my online store, and Dyed my hair.
Now that was an adventure. It is the 1st time I have dyed it by my self. It took 3 boxes of dye!!! I guess that is what I get for having waist length hair but I like it. And I did a good job if I do say so myself!!

I also got a lot of the links and stuff on here so they will be easier to find.

I worked on an applique block.... Almost done. I will have pics on it soon.
I also started the almost impossable task of organizing my pics ... with a digital camera my pics are well to say the least...... needing to be organized!!!!

Well I now have a new laptop. My Desktop was slowing dying and would not let me post any pictures so this is much better.

This is my addition to what I did to Tami's block in Green Garden ( Green Peas)

This is what I started for another RR I am in ... It is to be a Beaded RR. That will be the 1st time I have done one of those!! I got excited and beaded one of the fans and put flowers on the fan blades.

Another new thing is that I started an online store. I am adding things as I go. Have a lot of more Items to add but have to have fun of creating too so I only add a few items at a time. Well off to bed for tonight.

Well this is soo far no pics.
Yesterday I finished a outfit I was working on.
Today I was wishing there was more of me!!! I am setting up a RR in my crazy quilting group. I thought I would be lucky if there would be enough to fill one group... well I was wrong.....
3 groups are full!!!!!! Pics and details will follow on that one.
I got a little bit of regular quilting done and a block cut out.
I am looking forward to sitting down and doing my crazy quilting that I do in the evenings.

A new year... A new chance

Ok I admit it I am one of the worst at blogging!!! I even had another blog and forgot to get into it.ooooops.
Well in 2008 I want to try this again.
I am going to try and use this as a sort of a diary-log thing so I can see what I can really get done in a day. I know somedays are going to be better then others but here is a start at least. I am even going to try and some pics too but that will be maybe in the next post.
In the next post I will write what all I got done today...
